is reserved specifically for clients who buy their property in France through us - there are no hidden extras or costs, the price you see advertised on the site includes agents’ fees. The whole package is complimentary for three months after you move into your property and includes help with:
â–ª meetings with the local notaire; neighbours; maire of your commune; local schools including registering children in school and meeting with head and staff
â–ª change of utilities for the day you move in eg electricity & water
â–ª Opening a bank account and putting insurance for the house in place
â–ª Arranging health cover with the carte vitale
â–ª Accompanying to the Prefecture to organise change over of driving licence and vehicle registration.
